Lydda Grace has been doing odd jobs around the house to earn money for Seeds of Hope, a project our church is doing to raise money for a garden at an orphanage in Haiti where the children are currently subsisting on a diet of beans and rice. The video was my attempt to get LG to explain that :) If anyone would like to contribute, please make checks out to Lydda Grace Wylie and we'll be turning the money in by July 17th.
This has been a really neat opportunity to teach her about the world and the blessings we take for granted like food. We've also talked aobut showing the love of Christ in our actions, the value of work and how when we all do our little part then God can use that to do big things.
