Our kiddie table sits behind the couch.... Wade has discovered he can climb on one of the chairs, get on the table and then climb over the back of the couch.
Today at church I peeked in to check on him and he was running around shirtless. I found out that he had been sitting sweetly rocking in the rocking chair and next thing they knew he stood up and fell off, big knot on his head, busted chin and seriously bit lip! They had taken his shirt off to clean all the blood off. Apparently he hardly cried though and hasn't seem fazed by it!!
Lately Wade has taken to smiling... and then doing something he's not supposed to do. Case in point, while at the library... "Wade, come up here with mama please." He smiles, and runs in the other direction.... fast. Whew! I was not ready to start dealing with these issues of outright disobedience with him yet, guess we don't really have a choice though!

Dearest Wade....at age 15 months your daddy broke his collar bone. Granna Wylie turned to answer the phone in the kitchen and the next thing I knew your daddy was standing on the kitchen counter. And before I could take the 2 steps to get him, he said "jump"! And he did! He did not like the brace that he had to wear. Little boys will be little boys but try to be careful for mommy and daddy!
