help celebrate Lydda Grace's birthday!!!

It's hard to believe that one week from today our baby girl will be a whole YEAR old!!

I have really enjoyed (and plan to continue) keeping this blog and hope that one day Lydda Grace will love looking back through at these little snippets of her life. Surprisingly we have about 50 visitors to this site every day and I thought it would be fun for her to see who those visitors were!

Sometime in the next week please leave a comment on any recent post with your name, where you're from and maybe a little bit about why you like to keep up with Lydda Grace or something like that.

Thanks for loving our little girl!

Look how she's grown!!

Hello Lydda Grace,

Happy 1st Birthday! This is you friend Kami. I havent met you in person yet, but I feel like I know you because your mommy and daddy keep this great blog about you! I know your family because my husband Josh went to NCSU with your daddy and they became great friends. We live in Clayton, North Carolina. It's about 25 minutes from the ole alma mater. We love you guys very much and enjoy being able to stay updated with what's going on in your life. You are a beautiful girl and we pray that you will spend your days loving, serving and glorifying our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Love,

Kami

Happy Birthday Lydda Grace. I have enjoyed watching you grow on the blog that your Mommy and Daddy began for you before you were even born. I'm not sure exactly what number of cousins that you and I are; however, your Gran and I are first cousins. I also share the middle name of your Mommy's grandmother - Faye Cathey Tevepaugh Saine.

I love you,
Cousin Cat

Happy Birthday Lydda Grace. Last year at this time your Papa and I were so anxiously awaiting the arrival or our first grandchild. What a blessing you have been to the Wylie family! This year has passed so quickly. With me living such a distance from you, this blog that your mommy and daddy (mostly your mommy)keeps updated helps me to watch you grow. Every day one of the first things that I do is check to see what is happening new with you. You are very special to me and are the sunshine in my life. I am looking forward to seeing you next weekend to celebrate your 1st birthday! I love you lots....Granna Wylie

Happy Birthday Lydda Grace! This is Granpa Moore in Chapin. I guess that explains why I look in on this blog to see what you are up to. This may be hard for you to understand at first, but your Mommy is MY little girl. When I see and hear bout all the new things and sweet things you do, I remember when your Mommy was a little girl just like you and she was doing so many of those very same things. Your Mommy was always a very happy baby girl and I see that has been passed on to you. Your smile and laugh can make us all warm and happy. I am very proud of your Mommy and Daddy for the wonderful parents they have become. And, I am very, very proud of you, well.... just for being you! You are very special to so many people. I love you and can't wait to see you for your 1st Birthday Party.

Happy 1st Birthday, Lydda Grace! I went to grad school at Clemson with your dad and mom. Erik and I live in Charlotte, NC, and you came to see us when you were a few months old while your parents went to a wedding. We took some pictures of you, and you drooled on our bed throw pillows - which ironically were a wedding gift to us from your parents! I love reading about you and watching you grow. I love knowing that your mom and dad are raising you in a home filled with God's love. They are so loving, giving, compassionate, and Christ-centered, and I hope you grow up to have these same qualities!
Enjoy the cake and ice cream on your birthday :)
Kisses,
~kari

Lydda Grace,
Happy Birthday to you! We cannot believe that you are already turning 1 year old! We had the opportunity to meet your parents several months before you were born and we enjoyed hearing about you growing in your mommy's tummy before you arrived! We were so excited when you were born. Rose even had the chance to visit with you and your mommy a week or so after you were born!
We are so excited that you are growing up and that you are surrounded by so much love. You have amazing parents! We hope that you and our little girl (due today!) will be sweet little friends in the future!
Blessings,
Brian and Rose Morrison

Dear Lydda Grace,

Happy 1st birthday! I remember so clearly waiting at the hospital last year for you to be born...we were all so impatient to meet you! I can't believe you are one year old. I was so blessed throughout your first year to get to spend lots of time with you and Mommy, since I was at Clemson. But now since I graduated I won't get to see you as much anymore, which makes me very sad.

I love watching you grow...so, so fast! I love your curiosity, your sweet, happy spirit, your precious smiles, and your energy! I love reading books to you and playing with you.

This December, you will get a new uncle when I marry future-Uncle Mark. We are both so excited to continue to watch you grow together, and we are also happy that you will only ever know him as Uncle Mark! We enjoy knowing you as a baby now, but we also can't wait to learn more about you as you get older.

I love you, precious baby!

Aunt Bethy

Hey Lydda Grace,

Its Gran:)I just sang you "Happy Birthday" on the phone a few minutes ago! It seems just like yesterday that we came into your hospital room and your mommy and daddy were bursting with joy over their little baby girl! You have continued since that day to bring joy to everyone you meet! Whether its friends or family, the nursery workers at church, the housing staff in Holmes, people when you and mom are out shopping, you bring sunshine to everyone!! You are an amazing little baby girl . We can't wait to see you Sunday for your little party.
I love you Lydda Grace!, Gran:) <3

Happy Birthday, Lydda Grace. This is Aunt Kay and today is a special
day indeed. You and my Austin share the same birthday. Your Gran and I are sisters. I don't get to see you very often so I really love all the pictures your Mommy posts for everyone to see. I loved her post about you and your pink snuggli. Let's just say that everytime you hug your snuggli, Aunt Kay is hugging you back. :) I hope you have a wonderful birthday and have fun with all your friends and family. Tell Mommy to take lots of pictures to put in your birthday book.
Lots of Love from Aunt Kay

Hey Lydda Grace,

This is Mrs.Susan. I have known your Mom since she was a little girl. She was (and still is) sweet like you. Your Gran is one of my best friends, so I hear about you all the time, and love it. Dr. David and I ate lunch with her and your Grandpa Moore today. We talked about you.(Imagine that) I know you had a great birthday and will have a wonderful party on Sunday.
Lots of love,
